Joint Venture to Develop High End Fashion Collection

Represented Mercedes Perez Castillo LLC in connection with the creation of a joint venture between former Tory Burch creative director, Mercedes Perez Castillo, and Camuto Group for the development of a high-end footwear and fashion collection. Camuto Group will manufacture all of the products in the Mercedes Castillo collection, which includes ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags and jewelry.
