Enforcement of Lender and Creditor Rights Issues

Assist client, as secured lender, in obtaining a receiver over 5 industrial properties located in California, South Carolina and Virginia. Borrower’s principals are in a partnership dispute with each other, and a receiver was brought in to preserve, protect and possibly sell Lender’s collateral. Engaged as to enforcement of lender’s rights and creditor’s rights issues.
