Represented Turner Broadcasting System and Cartoon Network in a copyright infringement action in New York federal court in which the plaintiff alleged that that Cartoon Network’s television series “Steven Universe” infringed his comic books. Loeb secured dismissal at the pleading stage, successfully arguing the subject works were not substantially similar.
