Acquisition of Independent Film Distributor FilmBuff by Gunpowder & Sky

Represented Gunpowder & Sky, the digital content studio founded by Van Toffler, former CEO of Viacom’s Music Group, Floris Bauer, former Global Head of Corporate Development & Strategy Endemol, and Otter Media, in a joint venture of AT&T and The Chernin Group, in its acquisition of FilmBuff. Under the deal, FilmBuff will be renamed Gunpowder & Sky Distribution.
