Karina Zhou

Karina (Yuexin) Zhou maintains a broad corporate and capital markets practice. She brings experience in advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic investments. She handles all phases of mergers and acquisitions, from deal structuring and documentation through negotiation and the coordination of signing and closing. In addition, Karina advises on domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and at-the-market (ATM) programs on the U.S. stock markets.
