Overview

Robin Yi maintains a broad-based commercial real estate practice. He represents a range of clients—including landlords, buyers, sellers and borrowers—in complex acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing transactions across the office, retail, industrial and multifamily sectors. In addition, Robin has extensive experience representing lenders in sophisticated real estate finance transactions. Having worked on both sides of the table gives him a well-rounded view of the legal, commercial and practical considerations that shape real estate deals. Beyond real estate financing, his banking and finance practice includes representing lenders in asset-based lending and accounts receivable financing transactions.
