Candice Yang

Candice Yang practices primarily in the areas of general corporate and securities law. Candice’s practice spans a wide range of corporate matters including onshore and offshore IPOs, private equity investment, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Candice represents clients in a variety of industries, including film and television, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, fashion, high-tech, education, ecology and mining.  She also has substantial experience advising public companies in securities law compliance and general corporate governance.
