Overview
Kennedy Williams focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in both state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. Her work spans a broad range of industries and sectors, including real estate, environmental law, antitrust, entertainment, technology, and general business and civil litigation. Kennedy handles all phases of litigation – from case evaluation and strategy to settlement, mediation, arbitration and trial – with substantial trial and arbitration experience. In addition, her practice includes white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations and corporate compliance.
