Chenglong Wang is a paralegal engaged in the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate practice. He brings experience helping lawyers guide issuers and underwriters across a wide range of securities transactions in the U.S. and Hong Kong, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, mergers and acquisitions, de-SPAC transactions, pre-IPO matters and other related securities transactions. He also plays a key role conducting due diligence, preparing memoranda, facilitating stakeholder relations and maintaining compliance with foreign investment regulations.
