Vicky Tse maintains a broad capital markets practice, with a particular emphasis on initial public offerings on the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. She has extensive experience advising issuers, sponsors and underwriters in IPOs in various industries/sectors, including SPAC, TMT, healthcare, biotech, construction, F&B and manufacturing. In addition, Vicky has a broad knowledge base in regulatory compliance and corporate governance of listed companies, corporate restructuring, pre-IPO investment, secondary market fund raisings, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Before pursuing legal studies, Vicky studied Economics, Political Science and International Studies in Melbourne, Australia.
