Calvin Tam

Calvin Tam is a paralegal engaged in the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate practice. He provides comprehensive support to lawyers across a wide range of capital markets and corporate transactions, including drafting and reviewing key corporate documents, conducting due diligence and providing essential support to issuers, sponsors and underwriters in initial public offerings and secondary fundraising transactions on both the Main Board and GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. He also contributes to mergers and acquisitions and other complex transactions and coordinates transactions involving multiple stakeholders. In addition, Calvin works closely with lawyers to support listed companies with regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
