Overview

Sarina Saluja is a labor and employment litigator with more than a decade of experience representing employers of all sizes in a wide range of matters, including those involving discrimination claims, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations and wrongful termination, as well as workplace privacy, data security, unfair competition, and trade secret theft and corporate espionage. Sarina also counsels clients on employment matters.

Sarina has represented clients throughout California, in both Superior Courts and United States District Court and before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the United States Department of Labor (DOL), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commissions. She has also successfully argued appeals before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. 

In addition to her litigation work, Sarina also advises clients on policy and procedure manuals, employment contracts and other agreements, and other workplace policies, including harassment and discrimination prevention and drug testing policies. Her clients include startups, national companies, and public entities in an array of industries including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, advertising, hospitality, technology and transportation.
