Overview
Camila Piedrahita Abello focuses her practice on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, commercial transactions, endorsements and general business matters. In addition to her corporate practice, Camila co-chairs Loeb & Loeb’s Los Angeles Women’s LEAD Network and is a member of the Los Angeles Pro Bono Committee.
Prior to joining Loeb, Camila completed a fellowship with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) where she worked on litigation relating to immigrants’ rights.
