Overview
Jackie Perrotta is a member of the firm’s Art and Cultural Property practice, drawing on two years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt financing and general corporate transactions. She regularly advises art collectors, artists, dealers and institutions on the full spectrum of art-related transactions, including private and auction sales, exhibition loans, gallery consignments and gifts of fine art. She also collaborates with family offices, art advisors, galleries, auction houses and estate planners to create personalized strategies aligned with the unique character of each client’s collection.
Prior to entering legal practice, Jackie served as a sale administrator at a leading New York auction house. In this role, she gained firsthand insight into auction procedures, consignment logistics and the practical considerations that shape art transactions. In addition, she advised high net worth individuals at a major broker-dealer, deepening her understanding of the financial, tax and relationship-driven dimensions that influence how private clients manage, protect and grow their collections.
