Overview

Anthony “Tony” Perricone is the Founder & Managing Partner of Perricone Law, an independent law firm, which maintains a contractual relationship with Loeb & Loeb as Special Counsel to assist Loeb and its clients on fund formation and investment management matters, in each case subject to the requisite clearance of conflicts. He focuses his broad investment management practice on representing private fund sponsors, investment managers, institutional investors and family offices, and has more than 30 years of experience in fund formation, RIA transitions and buyouts, partnership and limited liability company (LLC) law, Securities and Exchange Commission registration and compliance, investor negotiations and secondary transactions.

Tony counsels hedge funds in traditional long/short equity, fixed income, distressed debt, global-macro, technology, health care, risk arbitrage, emerging markets and commodity trading strategies. He is experienced in structuring and organizing funds as domestic partnerships, offshore companies, limited liability companies, master-feeder structures, separately managed accounts (SMAs) and joint ventures.

He regularly advises private equity and venture capital fund sponsors investing in a wide variety of companies and assets, as well as major real estate fund sponsors investing in commercial, multi-family, industrial and hospitality properties throughout the United States and Europe. Additionally, Tony works with specialty fund sponsors that invest in commodities, renewable energy projects, oil tankers, fine art and other assets.
