Alex Palabrica focuses his practice on all aspects of tax law, including federal and state issues related to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, business formations, joint ventures, family office restructurings, real estate and partnership transactions and other complex transactional tax planning matters. He regularly crafts tailored QSBS planning strategies and tax-efficient exit solutions for entrepreneurs and owners of closely held businesses. 

Alex also brings experience supporting the Private Client department on the tax elements of gift and estate planning matters, as well as advising on broader wealth and investment planning strategies for high net worth individuals and families.
