Overview

Ronald Levinson is a transactional real estate lawyer with a national practice focused on purchases and sales, commercial leasing, construction and development, entertainment-related real estate, real estate finance, solar production leasing, hospitality, estate planning support, and general transactional matters. Ron represents businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in diverse industries that include entertainment and media, sports, technology, health care, and finance.  Ron also represents governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, and high net worth individuals.

Ron regularly assists real estate investors, developers, operators and owners with purchases and sales of commercial, industrial, and high-end residential real estate, and of vacant land.  In the commercial leasing arena, Ron represents property owners, managers and tenants in connection with office, industrial, retail, media production, luxury residential, and telecommunications leases and licensing arrangements.

Ron also has significant experience representing lenders and borrowers with respect to the origination of real estate credit facilities, loan securitization matters, intercreditor relationships, work-outs, deeds-in-lieu, foreclosures and other remedies. He has represented national banks in connection with the ownership structuring, administration and disposition of REO assets, loan participations and syndications, bank syndicate relationships, loan sales, discounted payoffs and regulatory matters.

Outside the office, Ron enjoys photography, traveling, skiing, and mountain and road biking.
