Leigh Krafchek

Leigh Krafchek focuses his practice on capital markets and securities law, with an emphasis on public and private capital-raising transactions. He regularly advises issuers, investment banks and investors in a wide range of domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on underwritten offerings, registered direct offerings, at-the-market (ATM) programs, PIPE financings and other private placements. In addition, Leigh counsels public company clients on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations, including preparing 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and registration statements, and assists clients with stock exchange listing compliance and corporate governance matters. Leigh also brings experience in the life sciences and biotechnology industries.
