Overview

Jim Jamila is a paralegal engaged in the firm’s Real Estate department. He has extensive experience in real estate law, including assisting with the management of acquisitions, dispositions, 1031 tax exchanges, financings, loan workouts, and leasing and development agreements. Jim manages all aspects of loan refinancings and sale and purchase transactions, from due diligence and title review to closing preparation, execution and post-closing tasks.
