Ronni Francois

Ronni Francois is a full-service entertainment paralegal engaged in the firm's Entertainment, Music & Sports practice. Her experience includes various transactional legal matters for production companies, including rights acquisition, clearances, copyrights, production and legal work. Ronni has been in charge of rights management and has drafted production documents, such as rights agreements, writer agreements, talent agreements, above-the-line deals, lab pledge agreements, location agreements, equipment lease rentals and development services agreements, among others.

Outside of her entertainment practice, Ronni has experience in corporate finance and real estate matters, including compiling closing binders, reviewing chain-of-title, creating due diligence memoranda and drafting credit memos. Ronni also served as a Notary Public from 2000 to 2013.
