Tyler Downing represents clients in complex commercial litigation across a range of industries including media and entertainment, hospitality and technology. He litigates disputes for iconic LA brands, entertainment powerhouses, emerging companies, governments and individuals, and has experience managing all stages of litigation, including case strategy, motion practice, discovery, arbitration and trial preparation, and appeal. Tyler has handled matters involving contract disputes, trade secrets, tortious interference, copyrights and class action allegations. Tyler also regularly advises on high-stakes disputes and issues in advance of litigation.
