Brianna Cloud

Brianna Cloud maintains a broad transactional practice focused on advertising, media, entertainment and technology. Brianna represents and advises clients in all phases of motion picture and television production, including development, production and distribution. She is experienced in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial, entertainment and technology-driven agreements and transactions.

Brianna regularly manages domestic and international trademark portfolios, including assisting with the selection, clearance, prosecution, registration and maintenance of trademarks, as well as overseeing foreign counsel on both brand management and enforcement actions. She also represents clients in administrative proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as in online enforcement actions and domain name disputes under ICANN’s Uniform Dispute Resolution Procedure. 

In addition, Brianna has drafted and negotiated a wide variety of commercial agreements on behalf of her clients within the fashion, entertainment and beauty industries, including licensing, sponsorship agreements, collaboration agreements and influencer/celebrity endorsement agreements. 

Prior to joining the firm, Brianna served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Tanya R. Kennedy of the New York State Supreme Court, Civil Branch.
