Overview
Alex Clemons maintains a broad employment and labor practice, covering litigation and counseling issues, as well as employment and labor considerations in a range of complex corporate transactions. Her experience includes advising clients on matters involving wrongful termination, employment discrimination, wage and hour violations, PAGA claims and leave-related disputes. Alex also negotiates settlement agreements involving guild and union matters, including unfair labor practice charges.
In addition, Alex regularly provides clients with day-to-day employment and labor counseling, including guidance on workplace investigations. She has extensive experience drafting employee handbooks, workplace policies, employment contracts and executive compensation agreements.
