Sophie Chan

Sophie Chan is a paralegal engaged in the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate practice. She supports lawyers across a broad range of securities matters, including assisting issuers, sponsors and underwriters in initial public offerings and secondary fundraising transactions on both the Main Board and GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. She also prepares key transactional documents, assists with due diligence and coordinates closings. In addition, Sophie works closely with lawyers to support listed companies with regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
