Overview

Keane Barger is a litigator dedicated to providing sound advice to his clients and solving their most complex problems. 

He focuses his practice on commercial business, intellectual property and entertainment litigation. He has successfully represented clients through all phases of litigation in state court, federal court, arbitration and administrative forums. Among a diverse set of clients, he has served as litigation counsel for several of the world’s largest music publishing companies; prominent pop and country artists; a major professional sports franchise; and an acclaimed videogame composer and sound designer. On a pro bono basis, Keane has successfully advocated for Medicaid patients in Tennessee who have been denied medically necessary care.
