Vivien Bai’s practice focuses on the representation of public companies and investment banks in connection with public offerings of securities, as well as PIPE and mergers and acquisitions. She assists clients with registration statements, reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act, corporate governance issues, and compliance with the requirements of various exchanges, including the NYSE and Nasdaq. In addition, she has represented venture capital funds and early-stage technology companies in venture capital investments.
Admitted in New York State and China, Vivien has extensive experience with cross-border transactions involving China-based companies and multinational corporations doing business in China, as well as vast experience in alternative dispute resolution in China.
