Overview
Siama Ahmed is a paralegal with more than a decade of legal experience, most of which has focused on real estate transactions and asset management. She has extensive experience managing title, survey and environmental due diligence for complex commercial real estate deals; drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements, including purchase and lease agreements, easements and amendments; and coordinating with internal stakeholders, outside counsel and consultants to resolve issues and facilitate timely closings. Siama has also supported post-closing compliance and asset management functions, overseeing regulatory matters, property rights and portfolio optimization initiatives for large-scale real estate holdings.
