Overview

Christine Abiyou focuses her practice on estate planning, administration and related tax matters. She advises high net worth individuals, families and owners of closely held businesses on gift and estate planning, trust administration, wealth transfer planning, charitable giving and business succession planning. Her practice includes drafting trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives and other sophisticated estate planning instruments, as well as structuring and implementing tax-efficient lifetime gifts and administering estates designed to advance clients’ personal, business and philanthropic goals. She also advises on complex estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax issues as well as cross-border and multi-jurisdictional estate planning.
