Three Loeb Partners Honored in “Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America” Guide for 2027

As chair of the firm’s Software Litigation practice, he is widely known for handling high-stakes matters arising from failed Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementations and other technology-driven business conflicts. Drawing on more than three decades of experience, Mark helps clients navigate sophisticated litigation where technology, operations and business strategy intersect.

Devin is an accomplished trial lawyer who brings more than 25 years of experience representing clients in complex commercial, trade secret and employment disputes. He routinely serves as lead counsel for global financial institutions, private clients, nonprofit organizations and businesses across a range of industries in courts and arbitration forums nationwide, including JAMS, AAA and FINRA. Known for his thoughtful approach and extensive courtroom experience, Devin develops practical litigation strategies that position clients for success at every stage of a dispute. 

Tad is a veteran trial and appellate lawyer with more than 30 years of experience representing investors, developers, corporations and hospitality industry leaders in complex disputes. His practice focuses on high-value real estate litigation and arbitration matters throughout the United States and in international forums. He represents clients such as InterContinental Hotels Group, SL Green, Hilton and Aman Resorts in complex disputes involving prominent commercial properties, large-scale developments and hospitality assets.
