Loeb & Loeb Named in 2026 “Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms” List by U.S. News & World Report

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to share that the firm has been selected for inclusion in the 2026 “Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms” list by U.S. News & World Report for the third consecutive year. The list, an expansion of U.S. News’ Careers offerings, assesses leading law firms nationwide to help employees and job seekers determine which employers provide the best cultural and professional fit.

U.S. News & World Report’s list analyzes how individual law firms meet the needs and expectations of their employees compared to peer firms. The ranking applies the six metrics below to gauge whether a firm fosters a positive and supportive workplace culture:

  • Quality of pay and benefits
  • Work-life balance and flexibility
  • Job and company stability
  • Physical and psychological comfort
  • Belongingness and esteem
  • Career opportunities and professional development

To compile the “Best Companies to Work For: Law Firms” list, U.S. News collaborated with SurePoint Technologies and Revelio Labs. Together, they collected and evaluated a wide range of data points—including employee feedback and legal industry research—to determine the six metrics underlying the rankings. Consideration was limited to firms included in SurePoint Technologies’ database. In addition, each firm was required to have at least 10 U.S.-based Glassdoor reviews written between 2021 and 2025.
