Loeb & Loeb represented sports and media executive Peter Murray in connection with his appointment as the new chief executive officer of the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) and head of media for Lucky Strike Entertainment.
In his dual role, Murray will lead the global growth of the PBA and oversee Lucky Strike Entertainment’s media and content strategy, integrating live sports, digital platforms and location-based entertainment experiences.
Loeb handled all aspects of the transaction, including strategic structuring, negotiation of key commercial terms, compensation and incentive arrangements and related contractual matters.
