Loeb Represents The Who in “The Song Is Over” Farewell Tour

Loeb & Loeb represented legendary British rock band The Who in connection with their upcoming North American farewell tour, “The Song Is Over.”

The tour, which kicked off on August 16, 2025, in Sunrise, Florida, and concludes on September 28, 2025, in Las Vegas, marks the band’s final North American run after more than six decades of performing. With 17 stops across the U.S. and Canada, the tour will bring The Who to iconic venues—including Madison Square Garden, Fenway Park and The Hollywood Bowl—in major cities across the U.S., including New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle and Toronto.

Loeb advised and represented The Who in connection with all aspects of the negotiation of the touring agreement with Live Nation, including contract terms, intellectual property rights, revenue splits, tour logistics, merchandising, sponsorships and legal protections such as liability and insurance coverage.

The Loeb team is led by Debbie White, vice chair of the Music industry group, and includes Entertainment associate Matt Regan.
