Loeb Partner Alyse Pelavin Named to The Hollywood Reporter’s 2023 "Power Lawyers: Troubleshooters" List

In the featured profile, Alyse, who is recognized under the trusts and estates section, shared with The Hollywood Reporter that a substantial portion of her work within the past year involved directing substantial wealth towards philanthropic causes that hold special significance for her clients. She has also been actively involved in restructuring longstanding family trusts to provide clients with greater adaptability, while also proactively strategizing to preempt potential issues.

“I spend a lot of time with the trust litigators doing defensive planning,” Alyse told the publication. “And thinking forward and modifying an estate plan or a trust to limit litigation in the future.”
