Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that Entertainment associate Megan Pekar has joined the Women’s Leadership Academy of the Country Music Association (CMA), a premier membership trade association of the country music industry. The inaugural professional development program is designed for 12 high-performing, high-potential women leaders within country music.
The 16-week program will include initial one-on-one coaching sessions, eight educational group sessions and semi-monthly group coaching sessions throughout the entirety of the program. Participants will receive further insight on areas including, utilizing increased self-awareness, confidence building and effective communication, building a personal brand and networking and other personal growth areas. While in its inaugural year, CMA intends for the program to welcome future classes, allowing for the creation of an alumni network to provide ongoing mentorship and community.
The program commenced on July 11, 2022, with a welcome reception hosted at the CMA’s Nashville headquarters.
