  • Loeb is pleased to announce that, for the third consecutive year, the firm earned the perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2021 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s premier benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality.   • Loeb represented family shareholders in the sale of their ownership interests in Grimmway Farms, the largest carrot producer in the world, in its acquisition by Teays River Investments, LLC.
