Loeb & Loeb Partner Jason R. Lilien Named Among City & State NY's 2020 Law Power 100

Loeb & Loeb is pleased to announce that Jason R. Lilien was named to City & State NY’s 2020 Law Power 100 list, which recognizes New York’s most influential lawyers.

Each year, the Law Power 100 list selects the State’s most distinguished lawyers that have made outstanding contributions to the legal industry. Jason currently co-chairs the Nonprofits & Tax-Exempt Organizations practice at Loeb where he advises a variety of clients in the nonprofit sector on corporate governance, enforcement and transactional matters, and other issues.

As the former bureau chief of the New York State Attorney General’s Charities Bureau, Jason was integral in developing legislation and regulatory initiatives for more than 100,000 nonprofit organizations in New York. He was also the principal author of the Nonprofit Revitalization Act of 2013, which radically reformed New York’s nonprofit laws in the most comprehensive manner. Jason’s tireless efforts to spearhead and reevaluate initiatives in the corporate governance and non-profit arenas make him a most deserving choice to be honored for this year’s Law Power 100.
