Loeb & Loeb Welcomes New Trust & Estates Partner Rachel Mansdorf

Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Rachel D. Mansdorf has joined the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice as a partner. Based in New York, Mansdorf advises clients on trust and estate planning and administration, charitable donations, business succession planning, and litigation arising from trust and estate disputes.

“Rachel’s thoughtful approach to maximizing and protecting the transfer of wealth inspires the confidence of high net worth individuals and families,” said Bruce J. Wexler, co-chair of Loeb’s Trusts and Estates Practice. “Many of Rachel’s clients span multiple generations, and her thinking is consistent with the philosophy held by the more than 60 professionals in our national practice.”

Mansdorf provides strategic counsel on a broad range of trust and estate planning matters. This includes wills, trusts and other planning instruments, tax-efficient lifetime gifts and the creation of family foundations to establish a philanthropic legacy.

A thought leader in her field, she lectures and writes on topics related to estate planning and trust administration. Mansdorf has been featured in a variety of publications, including the New York Law Journal and Trusts and Estates Magazine.

“We are thrilled to welcome Rachel to Loeb, where we also share her commitment to building lifelong relationships,” said Leah M. Bishop, co-chair of Loeb’s Trusts and Estates Practice.

“Loeb provides the right platform to launch the next chapter of my career. I look forward to joining one of the country’s leading trusts & estates practices and collaborating with my new colleagues,” said Mansdorf.

Mansdorf’s move to the firm follows the additions of Tricia Ring in San Francisco in April and Shahrooz Shahnavaz in Los Angeles in January.

Mansdorf earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and her B.A. summa cum laude from Columbia University.
