Academy Dismisses Sexual Harassment Allegations Against John Bailey

Loeb & Loeb partner Ivy Kagan Bierman is mentioned for her role as counsel to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in connection with its review of the allegations made against Academy President John Bailey. The Academy has dismissed the allegations of sexual harassment against Bailey and determined that no further action is merited on the matter.
