Baylor Alumni Urge School to Rethink Firing of Art Briles

Loeb & Loeb partner Brian Socolow is quoted regarding the potential firing of Baylor University football coach Art Briles over claims that the school turned a blind eye to alleged sexual assaults involving members of the football team.  Socolow comments on moral clauses that exist in contracts for most college football coaches.
