'Joke' Defense Can't Shoot Down Eagles Singer's IP Suit

Loeb & Loeb attorneys Thomas P. Jirgal and Melanie J. Howard are named as counsel for Eagles singer Don Henley in connection with a trademark-infringement suit against a company which used Henley’s name and song title in email advertisements to sell “Henley-style” shirts.

Jirgal is quoted on the rejection of the defendant’s motion to dismiss the case.
