Film Department is Ready to Open Doors

Loeb & Loeb LLP is noted as counsel for The Film Department which has recently been launched as a new independent movie company helmed by former Warner Independent president Mark Gill and former Miramax executive vice president Neil Sacker. G.E. Commercial Finance leads the $200 million financing as administrative agent and sole lead arranger which will fund the company’s plans to produce six films per year with a total production value estimated to reach $725 million within the first five years.
