NewsTalk KFBK Interviews Loeb & Loeb's Scott Zolke on Sacramento Water Intoxication Suit

NewsTalk 1530 KFBK

Loeb & Loeb LLP is noted and Scott Zolke is interviewed on the zone of foreseeability in connection to the death of Rancho Cordova's Jennifer Strange from water intoxication during an on-air water-drinking contest.

The lawsuit names as defendants KDND's parent company, Entercom/Sacramento, the on-air talent who hosted the contest, as well as employees who organized the contest. KDND's broadcasting license expired on December 1, 2005 and its renewal application is still pending, according to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) records. The FCC could fine the station or deny its application for renewal if it finds wrongdoing.
