Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Walter Curchack joined its Corporate and Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights Groups as a Partner in the New York office.
Walter Curchack joins the firm from Bryan Cave LLP, where he was a Partner. Mr. Curchack was a Partner at New York’s Robinson Silverman Pearce Aronsohn & Berman LLP prior to its merger with Bryan Cave LLP.

Mr. Curchack’s practice is focused on bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights, as well as complex corporate transactions. Curchack’s clients include Wells Fargo and ING Clarion Partners.
Walter Curchack joins Loeb’s New York office following the addition of nine recent lateral partner hires in New York this year, including another Bankruptcy partner, William M. Hawkins, who joined in July.
