This year we are providing 40 educational sessions, including full multiple-day program tracks covering significant topics in State and Local Tax, Estate and Gift Tax, and Tax Procedure and Litigation. We will also have courses devoted to the latest developments in the taxation of Corporate and Business Entities, Income Tax, International Tax, Tax Legislation, Tax Policy, and courses co-developed by the Young Tax Lawyers. Programs feature state and federal government officials from the Internal Revenue Service, United States Tax Court, U.S. Department of Justice, California Franchise Tax Board, California State Board of Equalization, California Employment Development Department, California State Controller's Office, and the California Office of the Attorney General, as well as other taxing authorities.
