Panelists will also examine the regulatory aspects of advertising to children in different types of media from the state and federal perspective. This conference will include discussions on the proposed changes to the FTC’s Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

Everyone wants to send someone somewhere these days, whether it’s Facebook, Twitter, or any of the other latest and greatest social networking sites. This panel will focus on what’s new with social media in general, from new types of technology and any new privacy concerns. Is there a way to allow young site visitors to join the party without asking them to compromise their privacy?
