Loeb & Loeb LLP is pleased to announce that partner Barry Slotnick will be a panelist at the upcoming New York State Bar Association MCLE program titled "The DMCA Safe Harbor: Anchored or Adrift?"

From the conference website:

The DMCA was designed to strike a balance between on-line innovation & copyright protection. With this in mind, we will examine some of the key DMCA opinions, including Viacom v. YouTube and UMG v. Veoh. We will also review the Supreme Court’s pronouncements from Grokster regarding inducement liability and the concept of willful blindness in copyright law. Finally, we will discuss the MP3tunes.com case pending in the Southern District of New York.
