Represent TPR Holdings, an investor and operator in the consumer products industry, in connection with its acquisitions of the Sweet Breath oral care brand, the Oscar Blandi hair products business, Freeze 24/7 ageless skincare business, Zirh men’s skincare (from Procter & Gamble), Cargo Cosmetics, and the acquisition and sale of Trilogy Fragrances, a developer and manufacturer of natural and organic fragrances for the personal care industry, and licenses from Reem Acra and Nicole Richie.
