Tin Pan Apple, Inc., et al. v. Miller Brewing Company, Inc.

Represented plaintiff record company, music publisher and performing artists against beer company and advertising agency with respect to claims that national television commercial infringed sound recordings, musical compositions and trademarks.  Defeated motion to dismiss and motion for summary judgment by defendants.  Case settled favorably for plaintiff's prior to trial.
