Litigated copyright and trademark infringement action for MGM against producer of film putatively titled "Beauty Shop." Successfully defeated defendants/counterclaimants' motion for a preliminary injunction and their claim that they had priority to the trademark "Beauty Shop" for their motion picture. Case was thereafter settled favorably for MGM.
