Represented Global Holdings, as landlord, in leases at Nomad Tower, 1250 Broadway, New York, New York, including (i) the lease to Transperfect Translations International of 125,000 square feet of office space; (ii) the lease to Zillow Group of 130,000 square feet of office space; and (iii) the lease to Gunderson Dettmer of 45,000 square feet of office space.
